Deep-cold winter and boiling-hot atmosphere at Planoiras
On Saturday, SOSWI was once again a guest at Planoiras, the traditional Swiss Loppet Cross Country Skiing event in Lenzerheide. As part of the youth run, the cross-country skiers and snowshoe runners experienced true inclusion in the Biathlon Arena in Lenz, the venue for last year’s World Championships. The divisioning runs took place in the morning, followed by the finals in the afternoon. In the freezing winter, the participants competed and ran for medals and ribbons in excellent conditions, before being honored for their great achievements in the Quadrin in front of a packed house with a boiling-hot atmosphere, together with all the youth runners. The field of participants was even international with a runner from Bulgaria and friends from Liechtenstein, and the event will be remembered by everyone for a long time because of the extraordinary atmosphere and the deep winter.
The award ceremony was carried out by the management of the hejaheja Foundation itself.
The event was top-notch, and the participants were all extremely satisfied.
