Interest in Fan Travel to the World Summer Games Santiago 2027

From October 16 to 24, 2027, it’s that time again: A 74-member Swiss delegation will travel to the Special Olympics World Summer Games in Santiago de Chile.

And you can be there live! Together with Globetrotter, we’re planning an official fan trip that lets you experience the World Games up close and cheer on our 42 athletes on site.

The trip is planned so you can experience both the opening and closing ceremonies. During the first two days of the Games, a small sightseeing program is also included, coordinated with the on-site Family Program offerings. This leaves time before the competitions to get to know Santiago and the surrounding area a bit.

To ensure we can optimally plan the fan trip and know how many people to expect, we kindly ask all interested parties to register without obligation by August 31, 2026.

You can find all information about the games here: World Summer Games Santiago 2027
