Traditional Petanque Tournament

For the 21st time, Montreux hosted the popular Petanque tournament, cherished by teams from across Switzerland. The 18 teams traveled from Geneva, Martigny, Neuchâtel, Locarno, and Sarnen. Naturally, athletes from Montreux themselves also participated.

After the exciting games, not only the athletes were celebrated, but also Club Aloha Sport, which organized the tournament together with Special Olympics and is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year.
