Emelie Dorlin

Emelie Dorlin brings broad international experience and a strong commitment to inclusion to the Board of Trustees of Special Olympics Switzerland. Originally from Sweden, she has worked in several countries – including Denmark, Spain, and Canada. She has lived in Switzerland with her family since 2008.

After completing her Master’s degree in Business Administration at Linköping University, Emelie worked in various marketing positions in the consumer goods, pharmaceutical, and MedTech industries. Since 2014, she has been working at Johnson & Johnson, where she leads the Campus Switzerland Office. Her responsibilities include topics such as inclusion, social engagement, and internal communication. She is also a member of the Swiss leadership team.

Emelie speaks five languages – Swedish, English, German, Spanish, and French – and knows Special Olympics Switzerland not only from the perspective of a partner organization but also directly from the ground up: she has participated in National Games and World Games several times and has worked closely with SOSWI in her role at J&J.

I firmly believe that Special Olympics creates a space where people with intellectual disabilities experience genuine inclusion and feel valued. As a member of the Foundation Board, I look forward to contributing to the further development of this important work.
