Bowling is a collaborative precision game. The sport can be played individually, in pairs or team events, as well as Unified Sports®. Thanks to special assistance, the sport is also suitable for beginners or people with greater support needs.
Competition Format
- Depending on the competition, it is played individually, in pairs, trios, or four-person teams.
- As Unified Sports®, there are competitions for pairs, trios, or teams.
- A game (Game) consists of ten frames.
Special Olympics Switzerland is also invited to international competitions and World Games. We forward invitations to international events to athletes and sports groups who are active with us. Further information can be found under International Competitions and World Games.
